I tornei si svolgono ogni giorno negli orari:

Specifiche del torneo:

-	I tornei non hanno direttore.
-	Sono tornei individuali.
-	BBO sostituisce automaticamente i giocatori disconnessi
-	Il tempo a disposizione per ogni mano sono 6 minuti.
-	Il tempo a disposizione per ogni mossa sono 30 secondi. Quindi, se un giocatore non licita oppure non gioca una carta entro 30 secondi, BBO provvede a sostituirlo. NB: Quando BBO rimpiazza un giocatore, lo sostituisce con un Robot (GIB). Il giocatore rimpiazzato non può rientrare nel torneo.
-	La chat e l’”undo” non sono ammessi.

Premi

Per ogni torneo vengono assegnati.

-	Al 1° Classificato 4 BB$
-	Al 2° Classificato una casella Jackpot (JP$) Per informazioni sulle caselle Jackpot: http://td.bboitalia.it/123.htm
	Alla fine del torneo, il 2° classificato lascia un messaggio differito a queequeg con indicata la casella JP$ scelta.
-	Partecipando a questo torneo, si acquisiscono BBO Masterpoints.

I GIB

-	Come spiegato sopra, nel torneo potreste trovare dei GIB, ovvero dei Robot.
-	Il GIB è un programma considerato il miglior giocatore automatico di bridge mai creato. E’ in grado di mosse estremamente brillanti ma anche, a volte, di errori clamorosi.
-	E’ importante, quando si ha come compagno un GIB, licitare in maniera estremamente regolare.
-	Le licite del GIB vengono spiegate da BBO semplicemente passando con il mouse sulla licita stessa. Inoltre, prima di licitare, se passate col mouse sulla licita che avete intenzione di fare (prima di cliccarci definitivamente), BBO vi indicherà come il GIB la interpreterà.
-	Il GIB gioca un sistema fondamentalmente naturale, 2/1. Ulteriori informazioni sul sistema licitativo usato dal GIB sono disponibili qui

Times of tournaments:

Tournaments take place every day at:

16.00 Italian time	=10.00 EST
17.00 Italian time	=11.00 EST

Parameters of tournament

-	The tournaments don’t have a TD
-	These are individual tournaments
-	BBO automatically replaces disconnected players
-	Time available for every board is 6 minutes.
-	Time available for every bid/play is 30 seconds. Meaning, that when it is your turn, and you take more than 30 sec to bid or play, BBO will automatically replace you. When BBO removes a player, it will use a GIB as substitute. The removed player can’t re-join that tournament.
-	Chat and Undo are not allowed.

Prizes

For every tournament the prizes are:

-	1st place’s award is: 4 BB$
-	2^ndplace’s award is a Jackpot Square (JP$) For informations about the Jackpot squares: http://td.bboitalia.it/123.htm
	At the end of the tournament, the 2^nd placed player leaves queequeg a BBO chat message about the JP$ he/she choses.
-	By participating this tournament you can earn BBO Masterpoints.

About GIBs

-	As explained previously, in the tournament you may find some GIBs, that’s to say some Robots.
-	GIB is widely considered to be one of the best computer bridge programs ever created. It is occasionally capable of brilliance. It is also occasionally capable of some really poor bids and plays.
-	When you have a GIB as partner, you should bid in a very regoular way.
-	You can find out the meaning of any bid by clicking on that bid as it appears in the bidding diagram. Furthermore, when it is your turn to bid, moving your mouse over the buttons for the various possible bids will cause an explanation of the bid you are considering (as your GIB partner will understand it) to be displayed.
-	The GIBs play a relatively simple and natural 2/1 bidding system. More informations about GIB’s bidding system are available here
